The Fisher-Titus Foundation is organized to raise funds to support health-related programs, projects and activities throughout huron and the adjacent counties. In 2022, the Fisher-Titus Foundation supported the following projects and programs of over $2,000:-supported the pediatric therapy program at Fisher-Titus medical center for supplies and training to provide a comprehensive spectrum of speech-language, physical and occupational therapies for children with disabilities, developmental delays, and learning differences. The Foundation also supports the cost to provide those children, their families and educators with various programs, support groups, events, and enrichment opportunities. (program costs $14,424)-donated to affiliated organization Fisher-Titus affiliated services in support of north central ems for help in purchasing a new ambulance. (program costs $8,183).-donated to affiliated organization Fisher-Titus medical center in support of the oncology department for help in purchasing accuvein visualization system. (program costs $5,675).-donated to affiliated organization norwalk memorial home which is a skilled nursing facility for support in purchasing bariatric beds and resident room phone system. (program costs $21,517)-donated to affiliated organization norwalk memorial home which is a skilled nursing facility for support in purchasing bard bladder scanner with cart. (program costs $5,087)-donated to affiliated organization norwalk memorial home which is a skilled nursing facility for support in purchasing pressure relieving mattresses. (program costs $13,191)-donated to second harvest food bank of north central Ohio in support of norwalk's weekends without hunger program. (program costs $18,295)-supported paving costs and improvements to the city of willard's reservoir walking path. (program costs $96,888)-supported the prescription assistance fund covering out-of-pocket costs for medically necessary but non-covered prescription. (program costs $3,639)-supported concussion prevention grants to area schools' athletic departments for the purchase of equipment proven to protect against concussions in student athletes. (program costs $3,735)-supported the purchase of materials to be used with pediatric and adult patients receiving behavioral health counseling. (program costs $2,537)-supported the employee assistance program, which assists employees suffering a qualifying hardship. (program costs $21,581)
