Program areas at Fit4
Fitness classes include instructional classes by Fitness certified instructors. Classes are offered throughout the week. There are classes for seniors, children, and all age groups. There are classes in martial arts, cardio, zumba, and line dancing. These classes promote Fitness and wellness for the community. There are approximately 136 people per week in attendance.
Massage therapy is offered by a certified massage therapist. This service is offered through out the week and weekend. This service relieves muscle pain, aches, and soreness which is an integral part of wellness and good health. Approximately 16 people participated in this service during the year.
Personal training includes instruction in the proper use of all the facilities including cardio and resistance equipment. Certified personal trainers establish individual programs to help each person achieve their desired goals. This includes an exercise program designed for each individual along with diet assistance if requested. This service is offered 6 days per week during operating hours. Approximately 78 people participated in this service during the year.
