Fitness Without Borders

Fitness Without Borders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to developing and educating community leaders to promote the health and well-being of children. The mission of FWB is to motivate moms to prioritize their health by creating a supportive, encouraging, and uplifting environment that fosters connections, friendships, and a sense of belonging. The organization believes that healthy habits start at home and aims to raise awareness about the importance of fitness in the community. FWB operates primarily in underprivileged areas but not exclusively.
