Program areas at Five Frogs

Leadership development roundtable (ldr) is a strengths-based, action-oriented cohort experience that supports leaders in improving their leadership practice. Ldr helps leaders build skills, expand their network, and connect with peers to address systemic inequities and realize equity in Connecticut. Components include: full cohort sessions, special guests, individual coaching, individual mentorship, participation in small peer groups, and the opportunity for individual reflection.
Individual leadership coaching and group coaching are strengths and inquiry based experiences that help Connecticut leaders achieve results. Through active listening and asking powerful and pertinent questions, coaches help leaders find and explore personal values, open up possibilities when a decision or action needs to be made, see different perspectives in a situation, try out and reflect on new practices and set and achieve goals.
