Education: Fix the Court educated the public on the ways in which the federal courts in general - and the U.S. Supreme Court in particular - have failed to modernize their ethics recusal broadcast public-appearance disclosure and tenure rules. It uncovered various ethical lapses committed by judges and justices and publicized this research through its website and social media accounts. It also issued periodic reports on the uneven progress some federal courts have made in modernization. Its activities were featured in online broadcast and print media through the U.S.
Research: Fix the Court conducted research into Supreme Court justices and lower-court federal judges' travels finances family relationships and past work in order to understand their potential conflicts of interest and to understand the extent to which they are following application ethics rules and regulations. The organization also researched various lower-court cases through PACER the federal judiciary records system as a means to understand its operations and how it might itself modernized.
