The Florence Art School Scheduled 69 Fine Art and Heritage Crafts workshops in 2021. There was professional instruction in a variety of media and techniques along with demonstrations and open studio availability for 434 adults and 68 children
An average of 15 Florence Thomas paintings were on display at any one time. An average of 1500 works of art were exhibited throughout the year. There were 140 guest artists and approximately 5,500 visitors came to the gallery during the year.
The Florence Art school provided 190 free art kits for Ashe County third grade students as part of our ArtStart program.
