Florida Cattlemen's County Association

Presentations have been made to County cattle associations throughout the state of Florida explaining the importance and benefits of being a not-for-profit corporation. 40 County cattle associations have affiliated with the Florida County Cattlemen's assocition since 2010. All counties have received various levels of assistance and guidance in the adoption of their articles of incorporation, bylaws, organizational structure and incorporation, and purchase of director & officer liability insurance. The Florida County Cattlemen's Association will timely file an annual group 990 including the County cattle Association members before the extended due date. The Florida County Cattlemen's Association timely filed the group exemption letter annual subordinate information update due september 30. The fcca collects and pays for director & officer liability insurance annually from all subordinate County cattle members who elect to be insured.
