Emerging leader class xii & xiii - identified next generation of leaders in floirda agriculture and equip them with knowledge of issues affecting agriculture, Education and tools to deal with those issues, prepare them to improve the sustainability and economic viability of specialty crop agriculture, improve grassroots engagement, and improvements in ffva and other industry organizations.
Epm outreach - the Foundation provides educational opportunities such as field tours, workshops, and other events to teach various groups about laws and regulations that impact the agriculture industry.
Ag labor forum - annual agricultural labor relations forum for industry updates and labor relations advice from experts. Presents workshops to help employers understand the laws and regulations that govern the agricultural workforce.
