U.s. department of labor migrant and seasonal farmworker program (1) provide technical assistance and training to community based organizations and local government in the deliverance of Housing for farmworkers in the southeastern united states; (2) package applications to lenders for funding to construct Housing for farmworkers; (3) provide temporary and emergency Housing related services in the form of rental and utility payments; (4) provide financial literacy counseling; and (5) monitor sub-grantees for compliance with federal regulations. With our assistance, agencies have leverage more than 133 million for nearly 3,000 rental Housing units for farm workers in the southeast.

U.s. department of agriculture's mutual self help Housing and technical management assistance program provides technical assistance and training to other entities that aid low and very-low income families in rural areas in carrying out self help Housing efforts. Florida Non-Profit Housing's service area is the southeastern united stated (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, north carolina, south carolina, Tennessee, and puerto rico).
The funding is from the cares act. The funds were used to help farmworkers in high county who were affected by covid.
