Program areas at Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation

The Florida Wildlife Corridor Program helps to raise awareness for the mission by organizing events, murals, expeditions, film-screenings, and media to advocate for land protection and wildlife crossings within the Florida Wildlife Corridor. We partner with organizations and individuals nearly as diverse as the wildlife we aim to protect. Using a science-based approach, on the ground knowledge of the Corridor, and the support of thousands of followers through the state and nation, we work to identify and elevate the post pressing threats and opportunities facing the Corridor. Since The Florida Wildlife Corridor Act passed (in 2021), officially designating the 18-million acre geographic area, the Florida Wildlife Corridor Program, our main program, is dedicated to protecting and restoring the designated area, which still faces development threats. The Live Wildly Brand Campaign supports the Corridor Foundation by working with partners to research, prepare, provide materials and guidance, and ultimately launch the Live Wildly Brand Campaign aimed at raising awareness of the Florida Wildlife Corridor to new audiences. This grant supported program was purely for the development and launch of the Live Wildly brand and the brand is now a program of and run by the Live Wildly Foundation (a separate 501c3). Grant funds of $2,333,992 were received from Bellini Better World to support this campaign.
