The group return for Fly Fishers International (ffi) is comprised of clubs and councils of the organization. These organizations are concerned with conservation of natural resources and the wildlife that inhabit them, as well as promoting the sport and art of Fly fishing. The mission of Fly Fishers International and the group is to foster the legacy of Fly fishing for all fish in all waters through conservation, education, and inspiring a growing community of Fly Fishers. These organizations focus on bringing their members and communities a wide variety of quality programs that will enhance their knowledge, enjoyment, and success in the sport of Fly fishing. Over 1,800 club & council members have volunteered 28,000 hours to assist in a variety of activities and events for children and adults through the year in an effort to expand the exposure of Fly fishing. This includes Fly tying, casting demos and clinics, rod building, fish welfare and habitat, and water education. These programs have benefited well over 19,000 participants.
