Flyte's core activity is the Entrepreneur Empowerment Program.This program served a cohort of 70 small businesses in 2023.Over 90% of these business owners are women of color from low to moderate income households based in Southeast Louisiana. Each entrepreneur has access to the same resources over 12 months: 20 hours of virtual trainingin the following subject areas:Family Finances, Business Finance and Operations, Emotions around your Finances. A dedicated professional mentor that you meets with virtually each month - a dedicated Certified Financial Planner - Access to a range of professional business support services including business planning, marketing, legal, operations, human resources and more.
