Mixed income housing program - FCS creates home buying and rental opportunities for low-income and work force families within our target neighborhood.
Economic development program - FCS operates small businesses in order to provide jobs, spur on the local economy, serve as a Community hub, and increase access to resources for all residents. FCS currenlty operates carver neighborhood market and Community grounds cafe.
Training and consulting - through the lupton center, FCS offers education and training resources to individuals, churches and organizations seeking to reimagine their current charity practices and engage in healthy Community development practices.
