Folded Map is the fiscal sponsor for the englewood arts collective (eac). We are proud to support the many accomplishments of eac, which is "a strong group of caring, experienced, entrepreneurial, and teaching artists who all grew up in the greater englewood, chicago community. Prominent leaders and behind-the-scenes changemakers who've been putting in the work of creative expression through the lens of joy and representation before any of it became trendy. Eac believes in: "1. The power of a people when they tell their own story. 2. The power of art as a legitimate, viable conduit for revitalizing economic and healing change in communities. 3. The potential for artists to be leaders and influencers of said change."
