Assistance provided through emergency home repairs, accessibility disability ramps and modifications, and assistance with repairs and improvements to their homes to ensure a healthy and safe environment for the occupants.
Providing affordable housing at below market rents for senior living, families & individuals that qualify as low to moderate income. Includes Properties Oaks I & II apartments, Stuart Street townhomes, Countryside apartments, & Fletcherville estates. The FHC property portfolio provides 164 homes of affordable housing, in 2022 sheltering 205 people.
