Description
Fork Food Lab nurtures the expansion of the local food economy by providing a nonprofit food business incubator and shared commercial kitchen. We offer entrepreneurs with work space, equipment, and other resources to build sustainable Maine-based enterprises. In 2022, we assisted in establishing and promoting fifty food-related businesses, sixty percent of which are women-founded and owned while twenty percent are BIPOC-owned ventures. Moreover, most member businesses utilize ingredients from local producers.
