Program areas at Fortuna Senior Services
We offer several exercise programs for over 500 seniors that are designed to meet their needs and abilities. All programs are led by trained and experienced instructors to provide strength, balance, and flexability for seniors.
We provide board and card games, craft and hobby classes, field trips, travel opportunities, and an annual picnic. We also have monthly programs to inform seniors about health care, personal safety, and other issues applicable to seniors.
We offer hiking, walking, bicycling, tai chi, and dance groups for seniors that allow them to stay mentally and physically active.
