The Filipina leadership global summit is an educational event to raise awareness of the economic barriers Filipina women face in the workplace, how to overcome hurdles, learn best career practices for advancement, learn latest legislation and strategies that impact career and business opportunities, provide resources to assist domestic violence and trafficking survivors.
Femtormatch is ffwn's strategy for developing next generation of Filipina leaders through local and global partnerships between female mentors, femtors, and female mentees, femtees. Femtormatch provides structured one-on-one mentoring that harnesses the power of the internet to broaden and deepen the reach of traditional mentoring. Thus, both femtors and femtees can reside anywhere in the world. Based on established leadership competencies, femtormatch can provide femtees the skill sets and networks they need to succeed as professionals, managers and leaders anywhere in the world. Competencies are defined as knowledge, skills, abilities, behaviors, accomplishments, traits, characteristics and success factors.
