We cover food, medical and personal expenses for our three Sancturary guests.
Simultaneous Interpretation Services- We contract with professional interpreters to ensure clear understanding between English and Spanish speakers during monthly board meetings, weekly Campaign meetings and General Body meetings.
Organizer fees - The all volunteer Foundation contracted an independent organizer to work directly with immigrants taking sanctuary and keeping the Foundation informed about their needs. The organizer also advocates for immigrants to stop their deportations through legal advice and policy change. Additionally, the contractor works to grow the base of member organizations and individuals working to best support immigrants in Sanctuary.
