Community based services for children - services designated to meet the individualized needs of children and youth who experience special Mental Health challenges. Approximately 681 clients served.
Outpatient Mental Health services - provides help for problems ranging from family issues to severe Mental disorders. Approximately 4,413 clients served.
Community support services - provides those services and supports which enable people with severe and/or persistent Mental illness to remain in their home community. Approximately 548 clients served.
Healthcare services - here at Four County Mental Health Center, medical services are provided by a quality team of psychiatrists, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses (aprns), and specialized nurses. They provide ongoing evalutions and medication management to patients. Approximately 3,145 clients served. Crisis diversion services - provides 24-hour emergency on call system for behavior Health and psychiatric emergencies. Approximately 1,078 people served. Transportation services - transportation services is used to transport clients to and from various activities. The most common activities are doctor's appointments, therapy sessions and out of town seminars or classes. It is also used to transport children from school or their homes to our after school and summer program. Approximately 1,438 clients served. Other grant programs - miscellaneous grants that are small. These are all either one-time or pilot grants.
