Description
Franklin County Senior Center serves as a Seniors Meal Site. The center struggled with its programs and activities due to the continuation of Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent closure of sites frequently visited by elders, seniors, and immuno-compromised individuals through 1h21. The muted response to recovery led to a second year of grossly underperforming programs and activities.
