Fraternal Order of Eagles is an international, non-profit organization that unites fraternally in the spirit of liberty, truth, justice, and equality to make human life more desirable. It lessens its ills by promoting peace, prosperity, gladness and health. FOE helped 39 Skagway residents with medical, emergency travel, bereavement and hardship financial assistance. Additionally, it provided eleven educational scholarships for Skagway students and local scholarships for Skagway senior citizens' recreational and skiing activities.
