Free Fair PA creates a fair voice in the legislative and electoral process for all Pennsylvanians by preventing gerrymandering and anti-democratic efforts. Their mission is to preserve and protect democracy against any gerrymandering efforts. Free Fair PA funds and supports civic education programs to keep power in the hands of the people through raising awareness. They also led a program to track potential constitutional amendments on various issues related to legislation.

Tracking and Strategy Regarding Potential Legislatively-Referred Constitutional Amendments- Free Fair PA led the program to track the introduction and legislative action of dozens of potential constitutional amendments, on a range of issues relating to the environment, voting rights, regulatory powers, abortion and more. Free Fair PA created the tracking databases and provided regular updates to a coalition regarding the current state of each amendment and recent legislative action on each. Additionally, Free Fair PA led a public opinion research project on these potential amendments, and developed a program to communicate about these potential initiatives should they become actual constitutional amendment ballot initiatives (none of which have to date).
