Program areas at Freedom Club
The Freedom Club, through meetings, earned media, paid media, and other forms of communications, actively works to promote conservative ideals and free market principles to make Minnesota a better place to live, work, and raise a family. Public education of conservative issues and values: Freedom Club aims to restore just and limited government to Minnesota. Freedom Club believes in educating its members, civic leaders, and the general public in the principles of liberty. Freedom Club will actively work to promote conservative ideals to make Minnesota a better place to live, work, and raise a family. This activity will take place year-round via promotion through town hall meetings, television advertisements, radio advertisements, direct mail, internet communications, and other forms of commonly used media. This activity further promotes our exempt purpose of promoting social welfare by educating the public on fiscal and social issues of importance. This activity was conducted throughout Minnesota by volunteers, employees, and paid consultants of the organization. Social gatherings and Club meetings: Freedom Club meet monthly to discuss and educate attendees about the principles of liberty and conservative ideals. Freedom Club will also hold periodic social gatherings available to the public to promote these same ideals. The activity furthers our exempt purpose of promoting social welfare by educating the public and civic leaders on fiscal and social issues of importance. This activity was conducted in Minnesota by volunteers, employees, and paid consultants of the organization. Lobbying: during the Minnesota legislative session (january-may), it will be important for Freedom Club to maintain presence at the capitol. Freedom Club may hire a lobbyist to influence the legislative agenda and to promote Freedom clubs conservative ideals and principles of liberty. This activity furthers our exempt purpose of promoting social welfare by encouraging policy makers to discuss fiscal and social issues of importance. This activity was conducted in Minnesota by the executive director of Freedom Club with assistance from paid lobbyists. In 2022 Freedom Club educated over 100,000 voters on important issues and connected tens of thousands of residents to elected officials.
