Freedom House offers limited child care services including after school activities, homework help, recreational activities, and respite services. Individual and group counseling are provided by social workers to both adults and children. Occupational therapy interns assist approximately 50% of residents with money management, community travel, home management, resumes, self-esteem building, and stress management through groups and individual sessions. Residents are referred to vocational/educational community resources and medical and mental health services.
