Fremont Area United Way is embracing United Way World Wide change to moving to community impact work and improving community outcomes with local partners.United Way is leading a community collaboration in creating community change. United Way is leading a community transformation to address school readiness, social and emotional needs, as well as prevention work. United Way has received many grants to support community change.
Funded by the annual campaign, agency grants are given to community partners making measureable results in education, income, health, and basic needs. Additionally, the organization continued its focus on early literacy by being the local funder for the dolly parton imagination library program, providing free monthly books to dodge county children from birth to age five.fremont Area United Way responds to community needs in the areas of food, security, and housing stability.
