During year ended June 30, 2021 Friends of Fair Park supported the Fair Park museums_and encouraged year round use of the park._We fund fairpark.org_and other social media efforts to promote events,_programs and daily attendance, which_resulted_in 63,935 Website visits,_ Text club members, 9,950 Twitter followers,14,758 E-news letter subscribers, 23,210 Facebook followers, 1261 instagram followers. In partnership with the City of Dallas_and WFAA-TV or.9.anized Fair Park Fourth, Dallas' traditional_lndependence Day celebration with fireworks, a_ patriotic concert by Dallas Winds, with an open Midway: The event drew 70,000 to the park_and more than that saw it_live on television. Organized Urban_Dash,a 5k obstacle_course run through the park, which attacted_over 300 participants._ln the area of historic preservation_participated in many meetin.9.s of the Fair_Park Task Force of the_City of Dallas Landmark Commission, made_presentations on the history of Fair Park_to civic groups, and lead tours of the park
