Program areas at Friends of Humanity NFP
Friends of Humanity partners with Humanity In Distress, a non-governmental organization headquartered in Bangladesh. We provide funds to facilitate our educational projects, clean water provision projects, as well as secondary projects including food provisions certain times in the year and tutoring. FOH operates 6 primary schools educational programs and one High school with more than 1280 students from 1st to 10th grade, one coaching center with 100 students from class 7th to 10th and one computer training center with 180 trainees. We provide free school uniforms, free backpacks and school supplies, free educational books as well as a healthy breakfast. In 2023 we provided meat to more than 2050 families through our Qurbani porgram. We also distributed food packages in Ramadan and blankets during winter season which provided relief to more than 1500 camp families. .
We donated money for Humanitarian aid in Gaza and for earth quake in Turkey and Syria through the organizations based in the USA.
We donated money for the Pakistan flood relief program through an organization based in the USA.
