Friends of Kickapoo Valley Reserve provides financial and volunteer support for land management, education, and events at Kickapoo Valley Reserve. The organization supported the reserve which received over 11,600 visitors in 2022 and hosted 19 summer camps for youth education programming. Program areas at Friends of Kickapoo Valley Reserve

Friends of KVR supports the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, which had more than 11,600 visitors in 2022. Youth education programming 19 summer camps. More than 1,800 students from 52 school groups were served in 2022. During 2022 the organization continued a fundraising campaign to construct a second outdoor classroom for Kickapoo Valley Forest School. Construction was completed in January 2023. Adult education and recreation programming included the Driftless Dialogue lecture series, attended by 295 people. More than 1,450 annual trail passes were sold in 2022, and more than 350 perople people participated in the Dam Challenge race. The Winter Festival was attended by more than 900 people. The renovation of the educational display in the KVR Visitor Center was completed in 2022.
