Program areas at Friends of Silver Hawk Theatre
The organization assisted with the production of a broadway musical selected to participate in the annual international thespian festival, the "high school championship" of high school theater, in bloomington, Indiana, on the campus on Indiana university. This event honors student excellence in theater by gathering thespians and fans from around the world for the best performances, interactive workshops, and offers college audition opportunities to premier colleges and universities. The organization helped collect registration fees and travel fees and helped fundraise to attend the event. Over 80 student cast and crew members, along with the adult production staff, participated in the festival.

The organization assisted in sending theater students to the annual Nebraska state thespian festival in omaha, Nebraska. This two day festival promotes the theater arts in Nebraska by celebrating top performances, holding workshops and meetings, and providing college audition opportunities. Students can perform in front of judges for ratings and can earn an opportunity to perform at the internation thespian festival. The organization collected the registration and travel fees for over 25 students.
The organization collected and provided funds for the student year-end awards banquet held at the end of the school year. The annual banquet is held at an outside venue and provides a catered meal for students and parents.
The organization supports the international thespian society troope #6547 by collecting membership dues and providing membership documents and pins.
The organization provided some funding for Theatre concessions for shows.
The organization provided the screening fee for the Nebraska high school theater academy awards show.
The organization provided registration fees and travel expenses to theater workshops to staff members.
The organization paid the allocated ticket portion from patron donations to the school's theater account.
The organization provided support for the annual Silver Hawk Theatre scholarship to a graduating senior. Students were required to submit an essay which was judged by an impartial committee. A $500 scholarship was awarded to use any college or university for any field of study.
