Friends of the Lost Coast believes that preserving the wild lands on the Lost Coast of Northern California is vital to healthy communities and a healthy planet. Program areas at Friends of the Lost Coast

Lost Coast environmental ed: in partnership with the king range national conservation area, brings fun, hands on learning about the environment to local schools.
Grace us garden: ongoing development of the native plant garden as an instructional site for school and community groups. Twice monthly volunteer workdays included approx 140 participants.
Summer adventure camp: science based environmental activities in various locations in the area. Six weeks, 60+ children served.
This festival inspires activism and a passion for understanding and preserving the natural life of the Lost Coast region.
