Friends of Polk County Public Libraries stimulates gifts to the Polk County Public Library and promotes support and knowledge of, and informed interest in, the resources, services and facilities and needs of the library. Members of the community bring donations of used books, CDs, and DVDs to the Polk County Public Library throughout the year, which are turned over to FPCPL for the book sale that they set up and conduct.
