Hosted an average of two tours and groups per week, conducted workshops on: heritage fruit tree pruning and propagation, cholla bud harvesting and preparation, agave history and preparation including roasting and many specific informational workshops, heritage seed selection and saving, orange marmalade making , first pueblos de maiz celebration along with san antonio, merida and puebla. Native american arts fairs, welcoming day for afghan refugees in combination with elfa and iskashitaa refugee network
