Friends of the university of Notre Dame inc ("fund") provided charitable organizations with in-kind support services to help supported charities fulfill their charitable missions and program services with the services of student athletes who make appearances, create content on social media platforms in support of the charitable organizations programs and events, and otherwise raise the profile of the charitable organizations in the communities where the organizations are located. The program leverages the student athletes name, image, and likeness to make a difference for the supported charities and their exempt purposes. Supported charitable organizations request funds support or are identified by student athletes who are aligned with a charitable organizations mission and work.
