Because of this, they are especially interested in strengthening pastor's wives and children to help them flourish in their ministry roles. Additionally, Relationship Care focuses on strengthening emotional and cultural vitality and emphasizes the importance of friendships in the life of a Christian leader. Rest Care: Based on God's command to "remember the Sabbath" (Exodus 20:8), Rest Care is focused on strengthening Christian leaders and their families through times of rest. From time and schedule management coaching to respite breaks coupled with intensive counseling, they place a high value on times of rest designed to refuel and recharge pastors and their families.
