Program areas at Full Strength Network
Scholarship program to assist pastors in receiving the care that they need to stay or return to full strength in ministry.
Soul Care: Soul Care is focused on encouraging and equipping Christian leaders and their families to remain strong in their relationships with the Lord. This is accomplished through counseling and the use of peer cohorts who come alongside pastors, pastors' spouses, and pastors' kids. Leadership Care: Leadership Care is focused on developing and assisting Christian leaders in their leadership roles. From church financial management to conflict and crisis management, they are committed to strengthening the leadership and management skills of today's pastors. Relationship Care: Strong marriages and families are vital to enduring in a ministry role. Because of this, they are especially interested in strengthening pastor's wives and children to help them flourish in their ministry roles. Additionally, Relationship Care focuses on strengthening emotional and cultural vitality and emphasizes the importance of friendships in the life of a Christian leader. Rest Care: Based on God's command to "remember the Sabbath" (Exodus 20:8), Rest Care is focused on strengthening Christian leaders and their families through times of rest. From time and schedule management coaching to respite breaks coupled with intensive counseling, they place a high value on times of rest designed to refuel and recharge pastors and their families. Body and Mind Care: Body and Mind Care is designed to strengthen pastors and their families with a focus on both physical and mental wellbeing. Financial Care: As Christians, they are called to be wise stewards of the resources God gives. Financial Care seeks to apply this principle by coming alongside ministry families in the areas of household financial management, college planning, and retirement planning.
