Funderburg Scholars is an all volunteer organization that helps innercity youth attend college. Our mission includes granting tuition scholarships to students in need and purchasing textbooks for them. 94% of our funds were allocated for tuition, while the remaining 6% went towards textbooks. The students we support are those who attended the Unitarian Universalist Urban Ministry's after school Roxbury Y.
