Futures Through Choices

Futures Through Choices (ftc) is a not-for-profit organization that assists individuals with disabilities to learn skills that will assist them to live independently in the community. Our program develops individual program plans for each person that we support. Each individual that we serve made progress towards meeting their goals and maintaining their placement out in the community. The individual's accomplishments are also our accomplishments. Ftc is responsible to meet all contract requirements as outlined in our contract with the division of services for people with disabilities (dspd). We successfully demonstrated compliance with all guidelines as outlined in our contract and met all licensing requirements Through office of licensing and dspd.

Rent received by program participants is used to offset occupancy expenses.
