Community coalitions and empowerment project (ccep) - a relationship-based family connection program. It has strength-based approaches that honor the Black culture in south king county, mainly in federal way. We routinely provide culturally responsive services, as well as promote initiatives that are anchored on a social justice initiative that is driven by a movement and not a moment. Fwbc provides positive communal spaces for families to come together, connect, and heal. The project focuses on a holistic process that authentically serves families. We utilize multi-generational approaches that focus on socioeconomic stability and promote an equity driven upward mobility trajectory. Our mission is to bring families together by connecting them to resources and services that provide stable and culturally reflective childcare.
Outreach to community organizations and historically disadvantaged communities with the objective of helping individuals enroll in state, federal, and other assistance programs.
