Wrap around support - the program's primary goal is to provide comprehensive, personalized support to address the diverse needs of clients. Through a holistic, one-on-one approach, the program tailors wrap-around services to thoroughly assess and address each client's unique challenges. With a focus on compassionate case management, community engagement, and direct service delivery, the program builds strong connections with both clients and their communities, fostering a supportive environment. Since its inception, it has helped over 250 community members with homelessness prevention, resource connections, and facilitated more than 100 behavioral health sessions.
Early learning - we have provided comprehensive business capacity and wrap-around support to 25 child care providers, ensuring not only the growth and sustainability of their operations but also offering crucial resources for the families they serve. In addition, we have connected over 125 child care providers with educational developmental screening kits, empowering them to better assess and support the developmental needs of the children in their care. This initiative helps foster early childhood development and equips providers with the tools needed to create nurturing, informed learning environments.
Small business - the program offers free business support services to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits, prioritizing those owned by historically marginalized and underserved individuals. Its key objectives include providing business support, enhancing communication and outreach, fostering workforce development, and establishing a business network coalition. Since 2021, the program has supported over 200 businesses with one-on-one capacity building and network development, and helped 11 businesses secure funding.
