Program areas at Galilee International Us

Training: (1) We provided new workers' training and invited various teachers and speakers to provide monthly online training for missionaries. (2) Our two missions training programs have seen impressive growth from participants in this year. These dedicated individuals, called to serve in cross-cultural missions, are undergoing intensive training that lasts 6 to 12 months. The program combines classroom learning with practical experience, equipping them for impactful service in the field. (3) Training/Retreat: Our hearts overflowed with gratitude to God for His abundant provision! His generosity ensured we had more than enough resources to host a successful missionary retreat. Through a spirit of collaboration and unity, our coworkers and volunteers from both the United States and Asia came together for multiple planning meetings. Every team member poured their heart into ensuring the retreat offered the highest quality of service for the missionaries.
Care: (1) To better support our missionaries, we deployed a few teams to visit them in the fields. The teams listened to their ministry experiences, the challenges they face, and brainstormed strategies together. This initiative will enhance both member care and ministry effectiveness for our missionaries. (2) There's been a surge in participation at the Monday prayer meetings for missionaries and their families! (3) We worked closely with several churches and organizations to provide financial support to the missionaries on the fields for their special needs and life emergency assistance. (4) We connected our members with resources and guidance through online tools.
Support: (1) To ensure missionaries' well-being and effectiveness, we've bolstered our support for their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This empowers them with the health, strength, and wisdom to share the gospel and cultivate disciples across cultures. (2) We partnered with churches and Christian organizations to provide critical support in refugee ministries, disaster relief efforts, college student outreach, and the development of mission-oriented businesses.
Standing with Those in Need: Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey & Syria. We've joined forces with churches and organizations to support relief efforts in Pakistan (floods), Afghanistan (refugees), and Turkey/Syria (earthquake). We're grateful for God's power at work through these ministries! Recall the February earthquake in Turkey and Syria? Our teams sprang into action, partnering with local churches to deliver food and essentials to victims. We're also planning long-term recovery efforts. With all the support, our workers in Turkey & Syria have established three service centers, a children's center, a "gospel bridge" - a ministry reaching Muslims for Christ. This work has led many to faith in Christ!
