Drawing a national audience, Generation W is an experience that creates greater awareness and understanding of the relevant and resonant issues of the day and identifies the action steps available to affect change. On april 1st, 2022, Generation W 2022 brought over a thousand people together in-person and virtually for an insightful day focused on personal and professional development. Attendees spanned various industries and professions including healthcare, finance, retail, grocery, consulting, professional services, education, technology, entrepreneurs, and more.2022 was the year of connection. Gradually emerging from the pandemic, we were given new lenses through which to appreciate the impact that togetherness can bring and cherish even the simplest of gestures like a warm smile from a friend or stranger. Taking the learnings and lessons that carried us through the uncertainty, or swirl, as we at Generation W have come to call it, we discovered that despite our diverse backgrounds and experiences, there is an electrifying energy that transpires between people when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. At Generation W, we strongly believe in the transformative power of connection. Since april 2012, Generation W has touched the lives of over 25,000 women and girls. We are humbly grateful and inspired by the possibility of what is to come as we continue to listen, learn, and come together for impact, growth, and changewe continued our virtual series, "refresh", virtual which provided a bi-weekly dose of curated content to help connect people from across the globe. Refresh helps people connect, be inspired and learn something new through engaging and timely conversations.generation wow is girl inspired movement that exposes girls to the positive and the possible by creating opportunities for learning, inspiration, and mentor connections with women leaders. In 2022, Generation wow expanded the programming and hosted events in orlando, fl, portland, or and jacksonville, fl.we continued the work with the girls through the positively possible leadership academy with 80 girls from six title i high schools in duval and st. johns counties. The girls participated in a year of life changing experiences focused on breaking the cycle of poverty with a curriculum focused on leadership, mental well-being, financial literacy and college/careerplanning. Generation W was invited for the second consecutive year by tournament organizers to provide professional and personal growth programming for over 50 female golfers competing in the pxg women's match play championship. Enriched by the presence of mentors from various companies, the 4-hour intimate gathering focused on the power of connection and self-exploration. It was a day filled with panel discussions and actionable takeaways that explored the many ways we connect and how to better understand and create powerful connections in our lives."wowsdom! The girl's guide to the positive and the possible unites the wow of girls with the wisdom of women. Using the power of authentic storytelling, wowsdom! Provides encouragement and offers real-world advice to help young women and girls prepare to meet the challenges they will face in their lifetimes. The messages of self-love, resilience, leadership, healthy choices and more, resonate with all ages and backgrounds and are designed to inspire readers by reminding them that they are not alone in this world. The letters and lessons in wowsdom! Serve as the foundation for the wowsdom! Curriculum that is currently utilized in wow clubs across the country.
