(Leadership, Image, Financial Management, and Etiquette) program. Simultaneously, Ladies By Choice (LBC) empowers young girls to realize their full potential. These initiatives use a student-centered approach to nurture self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership, preparing the next generation to lead with confidence and integrity.............. Real Impact, Real Results: In the past year alone, GBC and LBC have positively impacted over 300 students by providing more than 300 hours of hands-on life skills training. With a 98% program completion rate, our students stay engaged and committed. 85% demonstrate fewer behavioral challenges, and 90% report improved social skills and peer relationships. These results are vital for students needing additional social-emotional learning (SEL) support.

Building Social-Emotional Skills Both programs incorporate a strong focus on social-emotional learning. Our students experience an 80% improvement in emotional regulation and a 70% increase in empathy and conflict resolution skills, which helps them better navigate complex social interactions and manage emotions.................. Looking to the Future: GBC and LBC are expanding their reach with the upcoming launch of an online academy designed to break down barriers and extend our impact to even more youth, regardless of location.
