The corporation was organized on january 11, 2011 as a non-profit corporation to acquire an interest in real property located in san antonio, Texas, and to construct and operate thereon an apartment complex of 14 units, under section 811 of the national affordable housing act and is regulated by the u.s. department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and operating methods.
