The Georgia Hispanic Construction Association develops and promotes the Hispanic construction industry in Georgia. The non-profit empowers Hispanic achievement through education and training, business development, and more. Its members receive construction management training, legal advice, HR assistance, accounting guidance, and bidding/estimation skills. Additionally, the association hosts an annual Construction & Safety EXPO where General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Construction Suppliers, and Construction Service providers network with Hispanic businesses to promote their services.

Program areas at Georgia Hispanic Construction Association

2022 Construction Appreciation Dinner. The association held the construction appreciation dinner on December 2022 in Atlanta GA, where more than individuals and members attended. The association reconized and awarded companies helping the hispanic construction community grow. It recognizes individual companies for their achievements.
GHCA Brick By Brick Magazine - the organization printed 2 Brick By Brick Editions in 2022. The magazine serves to inform all members about some of the Latino Contruction Companies in Georgia and what are they doing in their businesses to improve. All companies in the magazine edditions are members of the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association.
GOLF TOURNAMENT - In 2022, the GHCA celebrated its 11th anniversary by having a high-quality and super fun Golf Tournament at Bears Best Atlanta. In this event small contractors had the opportunity to promote their business, network, and had plenty of fun in a beautiful round of golf at Bears Best Atlanta. Subcontractors got to network with General Contractors and other members of the association. The Golf tournament is geared to create the connections between contractors and subcontractors.
Other Accomplishment - Meet & Greet Events - The association held various networking events(Meet and Greets) at various locations in the Atlanta Area. These events served for General Contractors and Subcontractors to build relations and also served as a key point to promote their companies.Latinas In Construction - Small meetings of Latinas that impact the construction industry. This program has served to recognize latina women that have played great roles in construction in Georgia. Soccer Tournament - 12 soccer teams from various construction companies gathered to compete for the first annual soccer tournament. The event brought prime subcontractors and their staff for a day of fun.
Other Accomplishment - small construction business owner, were thought about construction management, legal, HR, Accounting, bids, and estimates in the course of 8 weeks. Attendees received a certificate of completion from the association at the end of the 8 weeks.The association also offered various 1 hour or 2 hour educational classes throught the year where members learned about different subject of the construction.
