Deutsches Altenheim skilled nursing facility: since 1914, Deutsches Altenheim has been recognized in the greater boston area as a resource for seniors in need. Starting as a retirement community focusing on Senior Care, Deutsches Altenheim has grown to provide countless seniors with a tremendous quality of life and today encompasses rehabilitation skilled services in the carl j. ludwig transitional Care unit (tcu). The tcu offers short term, skilled nursing rehabilitative Care for patients who require services after a hospital stay before returning to the community. Deutsches Altenheim also provides long-term skilled nursing Care and has a state certified alzheimer/memory Care unit.
Senior Place Adult Day healthcare: Senior Place offers Adult Day Health services to seniors five days a week. We work to meet individuals' needs by having a licensed nurse design a personalized Health treatment plan that addresses the challenges facing each Senior. Daily programs are planned to optimize a Senior's capabilities in a structured and therapeutic environment.
Edelweiss Village Assisted Living: as one of greater boston's premier Senior Assisted Living communities, Edelweiss Village offers residents an active and secure lifestyle. Our Assisted Living residence offers services to independent seniors needing assistance with some aspects of daily life such as help with medication, personal Care or the overall monitoring of Health, safety and well-being. We provide services to assist seniors to maintain independence in their day-to-day activities.
