Program areas at Germantown Help
Emergency Food Program: Provides emergency food to residents of Germantown, MD requesting help. In 2023, we provided 2,085 deliveries of food and hosted pickups for 350 families.
Prescription Assistance: Helps to pay for doctor-prescribed medication, over the counter meds, diabetic supplies, and similar needs. In 2023, we helped with 205 prescriptions/items.
The Montgomery Holiday Giving Project provides food and gifts during the holidays. Germantown HELP provides administrative assistance, toy sorting, gift cards, food and delivery. In 2023, we had 811 referrals into the Holiday Giving Project.
