The organization provides hud-funded wheelchair accessible Housing to low income people with physical disabilities at its 14-unit apartment complex. During fy 2023, inglis gardens at Germantown maintained 90-95% occupancy in its 14 apartments.inglis gardens at Germantown opened in october 2007 and features 10 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom accessible apartments designed for people with physical disabilities who require wheelchairs.
