At Girls Helping Girls Period, we believe menstrual health is a matter of basic health. And human dignity. We're dedicated to educating people on the need, and collecting/distributing products. We give many of our clients a full year's supply of products. It's so simple to help. We have donated more than 2.5 million menstrual products and educated more than 200 in workshops.
