Meeting twice a week in small teams, Girls on the Run Worcester County teaches life skills through fun, engaging lessons that celebrate the joy of movement. The 20 lesson curriculum is taught by certified Girls on the Run coaches. Over the course of the program, girls learn to embrace who they are, define who they want to be, rise to any challenge, and change the world.

Meeting twice a week in small teams of 8-20 Girls, gotr-worc teaches life skills through fun, engaging lessons that celebrate the joy of movement. the 20 lesson curriculum is taught by certified Girls on the Run coaches. Over the course of the program Girls will develop and improve competence, feel confidence in who they are, develop strength of character, respond to others and oneself with care. During this year, around 500 Girls participated in the gotr worc programs.
