Program areas at GWI
Summer intensive program: summer intensive program is an intensive 4 week academic training program that provides core finance and investment concepts taught by leading educational partners. Upon completion of the academic training, scholars receive a 7 week paid internship at a leading asset management firm.
Alumni career institute: beyond the summer intensive and online intensive programs, gwi provides opportunities for ongoing professional development, training, and community-building for our alumni community. The alumni career institute is supported by three pillars, career placement and advisory, career preparation, and career community and connection. These pillars are anchored in providing education, access, community, and connection for women and non-binary investors entering the investment management industry and aim to keep alumni engaged and retained in the industry, helping gwi get closer to our vision of having 30% of the world's investable capital managed by women and non-binary investors by 2030.
Online intensive program (oip): is a tuition-free, self-guided intensive learning experience that gives students a solid foundation in core finance and investment concepts at their own pace.
