Girls With Impact levels the playing field for all women in business and beyond by providing young women aged 14-24 years old with the skills, tools, and network to be tomorrow's leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. As the nation's only live, online business and leadership program for young women, Girls With Impact served 6,500 teen girls this financial year - over 70% of whom were of color - resulting in over 50,000 learning hours and 40,000 curriculum activities towards their business plans and ventures. Approximately 75% of students were underwritten with the support of funding.

Program areas at Girls With Impact

In this financial year, we served 2,943 young women and Girls, over 70% of color, resulting in over 40,000 learning hours and 30,000 curriculum activities towards their business plans and ventures. Approximately 95% of students were underwritten with the support of funders. Ventures span industries including consumer products, health, retail, environment, service and tech with 50% focused on stem. Programming continued to produce key work readiness outcomes in these young women including: 85% grads reporting improved leadership confidence. Longer-term outcomes include 98% report gwi program improved college admissions and 95% experience increased confidence.
